A "zwilling plane" is an aircraft design based on the fusing of twin
existing airplanes.

"Ghetto" here seems to mean 'makeshift' or 'inexpensive.'

"As far as zwilling planes [like the German Bf-109Z] the only advantage is
they basically give you a 'ghetto' heavy airframe with minimal investment
in time and technical resources."
