I've never seen the spelling "Kruschev", though it reflects the American
colloquial pronunciation of the name. I've only ever seen "Khrushchev", an
accurate transliteration of "Хрущёв" (except for the two dots over the "е",
which make it ['ʲɔ] instead of ['ʲɛ]).
