[Ads-l] Possible Slight Antedatings of "Bitcoin"

​The OED's first use for the word "Bitcoin" is dated 1 Nov. 2008.  Wikipedia has the following information:

On 18 August 2008, the domain name bitcoin.org was registered.[11]<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_bitcoin#cite_note-11> Later that year, on 31 October, a link to a paper authored by Satoshi Nakamoto<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satoshi_Nakamoto> titled Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System[12]<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_bitcoin#cite_note-whitepaper-12> was posted to a cryptography mailing list.[13]<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_bitcoin#cite_note-13>

​I am not sure where Wikipedia gets these dates from, or whether they are valid and meet OED standards, but I am pointing them out as possible antedatings.
