[Ads-l] Antedating of "Switch Hitter"

I was pleasantly surprised to see that the OED entry for "switch-hitter"
includes a cite for the meaning 'a bisexual' from as early as 1960
(Wentworth & Flexner's lexicon). I hadn't realized it was around that long.
