[Ads-l] Jazz and 1913 SF Bulletin

I'm updating my site's entry on "jazz," and I'm trying to locate copies (or scans) of the San Francisco Bulletin for 1913.
 
I have most of the transcripts in Comments on Etymology (I'm lacking the 2000 article) but I'd like to see the actual pages.
 
Does anyone know where I might find these? (I've checked NYPL, but their catalog only lists 1906 issues.)
