[Ads-l] Antedating of "Ultimate Frisbee"

I tracked down the 1970 yearbook of Columbia High School, but there's no
"ultimate Frisbee" there. Instead, the team was called "C.H.S. Varsity
Frisbee Squad" (p. 197).
