1964 Asbury Park Press 11 Oct. 52/1 (Newspapers.com)  In one ultra-marathon he won a race which started in Istanbul ... and finished in Bombay.

1967 Philadelphia Inquirer 14 Aug. 23/2 (Newspapers.com)  Tom Osler ... won the ultra-marathon race of the Middle Atlantic Road Runners Club.
