Excellent point, Mark. Apologies. Thanks for detecting that error via
thoughtful reading!

Either the "1" key bounced or the optical character recognition (OCR)
was defective. In addition, I neglected to apply a sanity check. The
correct measurement was "some 10 ft. high" as shown in the document
which is linked in the post.
