Citation 1 is originally published in Australia but is the US publication. Citation 2 is a US publication. Citation 3 is a British writer. Citation 4 is an NPR article suggesting that “doggo” gained currency internationally from the Australian habit of using “-o” at the end of nouns. Citation 5—unclear. Citation 6 appears to be from the UK.

In any case, “doggo" is now widespread on the internet. BB
