[Ads-l] OED login

Since the recent interface update at OED, the library proxy login no
longer works. It doesn't matter if I go through OED or BPL. The BPL login
works fine, so it's not the card number. But OED goes into a paywall after
a couple of screens and does not accept the "Boston Public Library" and
card number "combination".
