Also, as I have pointed out in the past, the note about terminological priority in the OED, s.v. Indo-European, needs to be corrected, and the OED's dating of Thomas Young's coinage of "Indo-European" should be 1813, not 1814.

As I pointed out in an article in the journal Historiographia Linguistica 42 years ago, the long note in OED, s.v. Indo-Germanic, which asserts that the term "Indo-European" has chronological priority over the term "Indo-Germanic," is contradicted by my discoveries about the latter term being used by Conrad Malte-Brun in 1810.  (Malte-Brun's usage was in the French form "indo-germanique.")
