Speaking as an owner of the body feature in question ... Interestingly, a
Google image search comes up with a *lot* of photos of conventionally
extremely beautiful, young, female celebrities with bodies matching current
norms of thinness and shapeliness, depicted wearing dresses with less than
full coverage of their chest region so that a side shot reveals visible
areas of their (minimally supported, likely only using invisible tape and
some such) boob.

*This is not what average-shaped and non-super-thin women mean by side
boob. Nor do duet guides and text that deal, constructively or not, with
body image issues (young) women have.* What I, and I presume Amy, mean by
side boob is a) visible from the front and b) fatty tissue that's not
strictly speaking part of the boob. It's lateral to it and subcutaneous.
