[Ads-l] _Barracoon_ mined linguistically?

The mention of the Zora Neale Hurston cites for "doodley squat" remind me:

I just recently read her _Barracoon_,which records Kossula Olulele's 
(Cudjo Lewis's) narrative. I was wondering if that has been mined yet 
linguistically re: learner language/contact language/ideolect/variety.
