DeSimpliciis helpfully found a citation in a book which pointed to
“The Listener” magazine. Unfortunately, the citation specified an
incorrect date.
Many thanks to researcher Stephen Goranson who precisely located the
1978 citation in “The Listener” and obtained page scans.
