Ah yes, I had that bookmarked too: https://fultonsearch.org/. That page
currently returns a "502 Bad Gateway" error. I think whoever's in charge of
that needs to resolve the error on the server side.

Looks like it's been down for a while? From the Wayback Machine, here's the
old home page:

There it says to email contact at fultonsearch.org if there are any problems.

I see Tryniski had this to say on his Facebook page last year:

Just a heads up... a web site by the name of www.fultonsearch.org   is NOT
MINE . They are using it as a front end to get access to my site
www.fultonhistory.com my suggestion don't use it. If you do you should
contact them with any problems you have not me
