The genealogical database Familysearch.org has several people listed with the  last name "Fubar".

For example, 40 year old washerwoman Cassie Fubar and her 12 year old son Lon Fubar lived in Monroe City GA in 1930.  17 year old laborer Abner Fubar was in Gardiner, NY in 1855.
