“High net worth individual” is the standard term in the investment management industry and is even used in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s form for registration of investment advisers, where it is generally defined as an individual who has at least $1.1 million under the management of the investment adviser or a net worth (excluding primary residence) of at least $2.2 million. Since a lot of people are able to meet that standard, “ultra high net worth” is also seen, although I don’t think it has a standardized definition. As far as I know, “high wealth” is just a transparent collocation.

A week or so ago cable news revealed that robbers were targeting "high
net-worth athletes." Today the late CEO of United Health Care was
described as a "high-wealth individual."
