Saw the "headline"
11th Cir – Prosecutor DeSantis Ousted Wins Appeal on Free Speech Claims

and first read it
Prosecutor DeSantis Ousted "Wins Appeal", on Free Speech Claims

which didn't make sense, and then
Prosecutor DeSantis, Ousted, Wins Appeal on Free Speech Claims

but seemed unlikely there was a prosecutor name DeSantis, until I finally
got
[The] Prosecutor DeSantis Ousted Wins [their] Appeal on Free Speech Claims

A federal appeals court overturned Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ trial-court
win in a dispute over his removal of a state prosecutor who vowed not to
enforce anti-abortion laws. A three-judge panel for the U.S. Court of
Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit found Wednesday that the lower court erred
in setting aside concerns about the prosecutor’s First Amendment rights and
remanded the case for further consideration.

Though maybe I'm just a bit thick.
