[Ads-l] Honoring Wrongful Conviction Day

I received an email with this header from the Legal Aid Society of NYC --
an organizationnwhich I contribute to.
Somehow, though, the heading seems ill-phrased.  Should I honor the day by
helping to convict someone wrongfully?
Perhaps "observing"?  Or just "Wrongful Conviction Day"?
