[Ads-l] "did it over" for "knock these over" usage

I just spotted a usage in the comic _Crabgrass_ today that is unfamiliar 
to me:

In the first panel Miles says, "Dude, I am just about to knock these 
over with the power of my mind."

In the 6th panel Keven protests, "You did it over with your hand," 
referring to Miles' act of knocking the stacked cards over with his hand.

Anyone familiar with this use of "do over"?
