[Ads-l] Correction of OED Earliest Citation of "Uncle Sam"

In 2022 I brought to the attention of the OED a substantial antedating of the term "Uncle Sam."  I notice that that antedating (a letter by Robert Orr) is now in OED as their earliest citation, but they erroneously date it 1801.  It should be dated 1803.  See image below.
