A little earlier:

1951 Philadelphia Inquirer 21 Sept. 42/9 (Newspapers.com) Moses, Hanlon and Bell can juke defenders out of position when so inclined.

Subject: Juke (Verb, Football) Not in OED

The verb "to juke" (to fake an opposing player out of position) is not in OED. The earliest I find it in cursory research is the following:

1952 Miami Daily News 15 Nov. 10-B/1 (Newspapers.com) The 165-pound parcel pounded through the 64-hole at left tackle ... juked the safety on his pants.
