1912 copyright    “Jazz”appears only on the last page in the Google Books entry, which could be the backcover of the 1912 edition or could be a later advertising flyer that gotattached later to the book Google used

page 105 bottom of right-hand column and the photograph bothhave “jazz band”.  .  Also pages 157 and 205.  The 1914 date for the book seems to becorrect.
