Dude, don't forget to search for "big-girl pants". And the possessive 
adjective in front is going to vary, of course. But I've usually heard 
it in the context of "time to put on [poss adj] big-girl pants". I first 
heard it in conversation from a friend years ago: probably in the time 
frame that your searches have framed.
