"Garveyism" is an important term in African American history, but is not in OED.  Below is the earliest citation I have found for it.

1920 Afro-American (Baltimore) 10 Dec. 1/8 (Newspapers.com)

The Negro clergy see in Garveyism a dangerous rival of and imminent substitution for the religion they have been preaching.
