Very common in the past several years, at least on TV, with variations on
"no!"

year's [teen] workshop topics will [include]: "Going for the Gold," about
relationships; "Who Am I Stuck On?," about self-esteem; 'What Part of No Do
You Not Understand?," about peer pressure.
