[Ads-l] Antedating of the Radical Spelling "Amerika" / "Amerikkka"

I have long been entranced by the word "disambiguate," and this apparently led me in a weird direction.

"Disambiguous/ disambiguously" appear in neither OED nor MW.  Nor does
Google find them on the 'Net.
