1917 World-Herald (Omaha, Neb.) (Oct. 18) 11 [Newspapers.com]: I get a
regular "kick" out of it that is a thrill.
1917 Oakland [Calif.] Inquirer (Nov. 24) 13 [Ibid.] : Every time he
growled they would screech at the top of their voices and Bill would get a
"big kick" out of making them frightened.
