[Ads-l] vowel shift

[Jonathan Lighter]

A lady in a current commercial for ClearChoice says "I love my smile,"
but the vowel is virtually /ae/.  Although I've seen the ad a dozen
times and know what she's saying, it still sounds more like "smell."
