In current Sundial Time, the AM hours are half in sunlight and half in the dark.  The same is true of PM hours.  But in Equinox Time, AM hours are all in daylight, and PM hours are all in the dark.  This is reasonable the whole world over.  It's time for an upgrade in time.  Just move the time o'clock 6 hours backward and you're done.   https://justpaste.it/Etime1
