"Smokeshow" was added to the online OED in 2021 with this definition:

a. an activity or event that generates a large amount of smoke, often as
part of an exhibition or display;
b. slang (chiefly North American) a sexually attractive person, esp. a
woman.
---

Sense b is attested from 2007, but there's a relevant Urban Dictionary
entry from 2003:
