1958 New York Age 9 Aug. 4/2 (Newspapers.com)  James R. Lawson, president of the United African Nationalist Movement attacked among other things the housing situation in Harlem and sought support for his organization's proposed "black-built, black-owned and black-managed housing in Harlem."
