Black Wall Street (not in OED)
1926 The Broad Ax (Chicago) 18 Dec. 2/3 (Newspapers.com) It is reported that the diamonds and pearls worn dimmed the lights in, the magnificent
dining room of the Morrison Hotel. The guests present represented the "black Wall Street" of Chicago.
1979 Tulsa World 14 Jan. 2 Section G (Newspapers.com) Until about 30 years ago, recalled Charles H. Lewis, the area of Tulsa centered at Greenwood Avenue and Archer Street was referred to as "Little Black Wall Street of America."
NOTE: Tulsa is often said to have been the "Black Wall Street" prior to the horrific massacre there, but I did not in fact find contemporaneous use of the term.
