Here is the information that I just received from the Event Manager at the Delta in Montreal.

A block of 20 rooms is available for the nights of Oct 24-26th at a rate of $186/night for a standard room. Also, here is some additional info:

*Please note additional costs for triple and quad occupancy may apply.*

Hotel room rates per room night are in Canadian funds and are subject to applicable taxes (currently 3.5% Housing Tax, 5% GST and 9.975% PST) in effect at the time of check in.

Please have the guests in your group directly call Marriott Reservations at 1 (844) 860-3753 on or before Tuesday, September 24, 2019, (the “Cutoff Date”) to make their sleeping room reservations. Please advise guests to identify themselves as part of the McGill University group staying at the Delta Hotels Montreal, located at 475 President-Kennedy Avenue, Montreal, QC H3A 1J7.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by credit card.
