[Algonquiana] Survey on Relative Roots

Hi everybody,

Hunter Lockwood, Vivian Nash, and I are collecting data on relative roots across the Algonquian languages. We've gone through mountains of literature pulling out the relative roots we could find, and now we'd like to ask for your help. If you want to contribute data on more than one language, just fill the questionnaire out multiple times.
