Hi all,

Just wanted to share that the LSA has "Indigenous Scholarship Fund Awards<https://www.lsadc.org/content.asp?admin=Y&contentid=498>" for people presenting at the 2027 LSA Annual meeting<https://www.lsadc.org/lsa-annual-meeting> in San Francisco. It's available to "individuals who have a deep and personal connection to, or abiding interest in, an Indigenous community of the Americas or the American Pacific to engage in scholarship focused on the languages of those communities, including but not limited to their documentation, preservation, and revitalization" - I suppose this was their way of not having to deal with who "counts." Unfortunately the deadline for submissions to the conference is July 2nd, but if you've already taken care of that, the deadline for applying to this scholarship is August 2nd.
