Dear All,

This message comes as response to the plea for help this morning.

As announced by Peter Kahrel a couple of weeks ago, the ALT web page
now resides in Stockholm. Its new address is

http://www.linguistic-typology.org

The short version, http://linguistic-typology.org, works as well.
Please update any bookmarks you might have.

Any requests for updates, suggestions for improvements etc are to be
sent to me. I am aware of the fact that the old address still comes up
first in a number of web searches; I will see to bring the new address
up in search engine hits.

Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Peter Kahrel
for maintaining the ALT site long after his term as a webmaster was
over.
