Honorific/respect use of 1pl prons as 2sg

The Malay first person plural inclusive "kita" is used as a polite 2nd
singular in Sabah market Malay.  This often confuses visitors from W.
Malaysia.  This usage is common in most Sabah districts, but apparently
not everywhere in the state; I've been told that people in Ranau do not
use it.
