Does anyone know if there are similar wordlists available for Cebuano or
Tagalog?

Has anyone seen the computer dictionaries from B&D Enterprises
(http://www.kc.net/~jim.dex/fls.html)? I know they have a Cebuano
dictionary as well as a Tagalog dictionary. Is somebody on the list
familiar with learning software in Cebuano?
