The following new publication on Formosan languages may be of
interest to you:
PAZIH DICTIONARY by Paul Li and Shigeru Tsuchida
Pazih is a nearly extinct plain tribe Formosan language formerly
spoken in the western plains of Taiwan. The Pazih Dictionary consists of an
introductiona for a sketch of Pazih grammar, the main body of the dictionary
of about 2,700 entries, an index cross-rferencing Englishes glosses with
Pazih words, and two appendices: Pazih texts and information about Naoyoshi
Ogawa's work on Formsoan languages.
The listed price is US$25 plus $10 handling charge and postage for
each copy overseas. Copies can be ordered by regular mail at: Institute of
