My posting on Palestine got a lot of immediate responses for a Saturday.

Good and bad.

I do not propose to argue the content of what was an announcement on the
list and thank all for keeping comments private.

Whether Arcling or AN-Lang should limit such postings is open to discussion
and I will stay out of that discussion and go with whatever the list owners
determine to be the concensus. I belong to other academic email lists to
which such announcements are posted regularly. If they don't interest me, I
don't read them beyond the first few lines.
