patterns of truncation in Indonesian names and terms of address

Dear colleagues,

I would appreciate if anyone could direct me to work that they know
of on patterns of truncation of Indonesian names and terms of address
(e.g. Budi --> Bud, Bapak --> Pak), as well as any sources for lists
of such nicknames.
