Human body and Javanese script

Hello AN-langers,Somebody told me that there is a tradition in Javanese mythology that letters from the Javanese script are mapped from or onto a human body.
At least, I think somebody told me that because I'm looking at a 'note to self' along those lines. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find anything online to corroborate this mysterious note.


Ideas?
