[An-lang] Robert Blust's book: The Dragon and the Rainbow

Dear all,

On behalf of the Department of Linguistics at the University of Hawai'i, I
am sending the following message from Dr. William O'Grady, who has worked
very hard on Dr. Blust's book, *The Dragon and the Rainbow*. Without Drs. Laura
Chang-Blust, Uri Tadmor, and William O'Grady, Dr. Blust's book wouldn't
have been published.

The Department of Linguistics is happy to report that Bob's book, *The
Dragon and the Rainbow*, has just been published by Brill, one of the
academic world's leading publishing houses. A flyer announcing the book's
appearance is attached.

The book is available in digital form (at no charge) to anyone who wishes
to download it (https://brill.com/display/title/68234). Hard-cover versions
of the book will be available soon for those who wish to order one for a
library or for personal use.

Many people helped to bring this endeavor to a successful conclusion.
Particularly worthy of mention are the efforts of Bob's widow, Laura
Chang-Blust, who oversaw the project from start to finish, and Uri Tadmor,
Bob's former student and now Publishing Director at Brill, who initiated
the venture and skillfully overcame the many problems that arose along the
way.

Bob's work is now done; his legacy is complete. May he rest in peace.
