Subject: BOKTOR query

Does anyone know anyone named BOKTOR? I believe it's an Egyptian
given name (male), but I haven't been able to track down much information
about it. (It's not listed in Qaboos, for example). Is the name of foreign
origin? I'm pretty confident it's not Farsi, and it doesn't sound
particularly Turkish. Anyway, thanks for any information you may be able to
provide about it.
