Hi,

   Is anybody aware of a computerized Automatic Part-of-speech tagger for
Arabic?

  If the answer is, yes you are aware of a  Part-of-Speech-Tagger, then I
would really appreciate it if you could pass on to me the following
information:

	a) Is it public domain?  If not what would be the licensing cost
and procedure?
	b) What are the possibilities for it being open-sourced, i.e.
would I be able to tweak it?
