Dear Inas,
This I think varies according to the level of students you are teaching. In
any case, what you need is to describe the mechanisms by which such sounds are
made. A very nice book is Ladefoged's {Ladefoged, Peter (2001) A course in
Phonetics.Harcourt College Publishers. If you do not mange to get this
book,there's also a link that can be helpful:

If you have access to Sounds of the Worlds Languages, then you are all set.
