Subject:NYU Arabic adjunct position

The Department of Middle Eastern Studies at New York University is
seeking a part-time adjunct instructor to teach one section of
Elementary Arabic during the 2002-2003 academic year.  The section
taught will meet Mondays through Thursdays, at either 9:30-10:45 or
11:00-12:15.  We are looking for a dynamic teacher with experience
teaching Modern Standard Arabic as a foreign language (AFL) at the
university level and familiarity with proficiency-based language
teaching and testing.  ABD or PhD preferred.  Please contact:
