Subject: Collocational Dictionary query

    I'm a graduate student of The American University in Cairo.
I'm thinking of making a pocket Arabic dictionary of collocation for my master
thesis. Does anyone know if there is any Arabic corpus for free or at a
reasonable price I can use as database?
    And I'd appreciate it if I could have advice for compiling a dictionary.
I've just begun to read a book on lexicography, but this field is quite
new to me. Would anyone tell me the titles of books and articles I should
read?
I'm grateful for any advice. Thanking in advance.
