The best website ever for classical Arabic texts is

You will find hundreds of full text books on linguistics, history,
geography, philosophy etc. You can only view them online though.

Islamic resources and it has a wonderful search engine that allows the
user to conduct research in multiple resources at that same time. It
also has sound files for listening to Quran by different reciters:
